Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale, including taking phone orders and servicing walk-in customers. Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner. Verify order delivery method for accuracy. Coordinate customer sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives. Identify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their needs. QualificationsMinimum Requirements Plumbing and/or heating knowledge Great communication andproblem-solvingskills. Business math skills with understanding of profit margins Willingness to learn new productknowledge. High school diploma or GEDpreferred. Minimum of 2years' experience in a similar positionpreferred. May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Regular use of arms, hands and fingers to feel, grasp, type and reach. Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period time.
