For more information on A-Gas, go to Job OverviewA-Gas Americas is seeking an energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Rhome, TX. This role requires exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to maintain positive and supportive customer partnerships. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional customer support and prompt account management Assist truck drivers to ensure smooth rapid delivery of products and services to customersPromptly answer, screen, and direct phone calls from customers Review and manage customer accounts to ensure 100% accuracy in order entry.Job Entry: Facilitate prompt, precise entry and tracking of gas acquisition jobs.Partner with operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure jobs are completed on timeFilter data based on material pricing structures and specific contract fee requirementsApply exact pricing models aligned with the most current customer master agreements.Update purchase orders, material metrics and cost structures in web-based systemsPrepare final job reports and partner with finance dept. to clear jobs for receipts and payments Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and account management.Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and cloud-based applications.Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environmentMaintain confidentiality regarding customer accounts and pricing data. Why A-Gas?Pay range $23 and up, based on experience. This role is required to be on site in Rhome, TX to support the Operations team.
