Responsibilities Generating and Handling Traffic Handling phone calls and onsite traffic Qualifying Prospects Conducting Tours Facilitating on-site staff training Preparing lease documents Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and the comps in the market Achieve and exceed occupancy goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor Qualifications Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of sales approaches Prioritization and organization of time and customers Willingness to work non-traditional hours Multi-family or student housing experience preferred Must have passion for sales, marketing and training Confidence, creativity and organizational skills A can-do attitude with the tenacity to get the job done, no matter what Must be proficient in social networking: TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Job Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule 6 hour shift Work Location On the road #J-18808-Ljbffr
