Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from The Quest Organization A prominent Family Office office in New York City is seeking a sophisticated, experienced real estate rental leasing professional. This role would report to the CEO and other members of Senior Management. Responsibilities: Respond to general inquiries via phone and email from prospective tenants as well as brokers/agents. Set up/manage showing appointments with prospective tenants as well as brokers/agents. Show apartments/tour buildings with prospective tenants as well as brokers/agents. Interface with property management/construction department to ensure all units on the market/being shown are up to company standards. Ensure that all units are being marketed correctly and clearly. Work on new leases/lease renewals etc. to ensure all agreements/arrangements are correct and clear. Research and incorporate new marketing ideas/concepts such as new or different websites/MLS databases or new technologies that can be used. Track leasing activity such as active deals/vacancies/renewals/days on market/price points etc. Work with multiple departments on a variety of special projects.
