Service Manager USA 07/10/2025 Location: Wisconsin (preferred), USA Trioliet is looking for a motivated Service Manager to support our dealer network and customers throughout the USA. In this role, you’ll be the technical point of contact, working closely with our service team in the Netherlands to ensure optimal performance of Trioliet machines in the field. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone, email, and on‑site visits. Organize service and product training for dealers. Assist with installation and startup of automatic feeding systems and self‑propelled machines. Log service calls and follow up on technical issues. Travel to dealers across the region (approx. 50% of your time). What We’re Looking For Strong technical background (mechanical/electrical). Excellent communication skills. You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between our technical team in Europe and our clients in the U.S., providing expert guidance and ensuring our high standards are maintained across all interactions. Willingness to travel across the USA. Independent and customer‑focused mindset.
