What You'll Do
- Lead family law cases from intake to resolution: divorce, custody, support, alimony, and paternity.
- Litigate family law cases from inception, to settlement or trial.
- Meet divorce clients with empathy and strong advocacy.
- Develop strategic case approaches through thorough research and analysis.
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and court documents.
- Explain complex legal issues and support clients throughout their domestic relations case.
- Advocate for clients in family law court, mediations, and depositions.
- Negotiate and finalize settlements.
What You'll Need
- Extensive NC Family Law attorney experience
- JD from accredited law school
- Active North Carolina Bar license
- Ability to manage associate attorneys
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, client-focused work ethic
- Ownership mindset and drive to succeed

Compensation
Base salary $140,000 - 170,000, plus bonus and incentive opportunity and future leadership of an expanding office. Complete and total back office support and a proven marketing/leads system provided. A comprehensive benefits package and retirement plan are offered.
