This role includes hands-on training in decontamination, instrument preparation, and sterile storage, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and patient safety. No prior experience is required - successful candidates bring reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Education Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent Experience No prior experience required Skills Excellent Communication Skills Working knowledge of computers Ability to organize instrument sets Able to pass a written proficiency review.
