Essential Job Functions of Dietary Aide: 11:30am-7:30pm
Prepare tray line and sets up for food/meal service while maintaining residents therapeutic diets prescribed by the attenting physican.
Performs dishwashing, cleaning and sanitaton duties.
Serves prepared food to residents in dinning room maintaining infection control principles.
Additional Duties of Dietary Aide:
Assists in food storage. Assists in food preparations and production. Uses required kitchen equipment. Provides substitutes to residents as requested and with approval of the dietary supervisor. Dispose of garbage and refuse. Performs other duties assigned.
Qualifications of Dietary Aide:
High School diploma or GED
Ability to read and understand applicable dietary documents and emergency procedures.
Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform task required
