Manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Monitor project performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee procurement activities and subcontractor performance. Ensure successful project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation.

A successful Building and Construction Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Proven experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and contract administration. Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong financial management and budget tracking experience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. PMP, CCM, LEED, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
