Our US operation team delivers high‑quality products with a unique customer experience via TikTok, building an innovative, secure and intuitive e‑commerce ecosystem. As a project intern, you will engage in short‑term projects to gain real‑world experience, develop professional skills, and deepen your understanding of e‑commerce. Responsibilities Define category strategy, assortment roadmap, and merchant structure based on supply, trends, and user behavior. Identify category gaps (supply, content, logistics, professionalism) and propose actionable programs. Build category‑level frameworks for assortment planning, merchant segmentation, and lifecycle operations. Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth; map and onboard strategic supply partners, drive activation, growth, retention, and operational health. Diagnose merchant performance (assortment, content, conversion, delivery, pricing) and develop tailored growth plans. Guide merchants on TikTok‑native content, short‑form video, live shopping, and creator collaboration; drive adoption of tools and programs that enhance GMV and repeatability. Discover innovative collaborative models aligning with merchants’ short‑term and long‑term development plans and invest platform resources effectively. Solve key business‑growth challenges through strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, Botany, Gemology, or a related field. Proven internship experience in e‑commerce operations, seller success management, or social media community engagement. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis. Logical, detail‑oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care. Strong sense of responsibility. Preferred: Major in Gemology (e.g., GIA Certificate) or Art/Design. Job Information The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.
