Overview Learning & Development Specialist — Full Time, Lexington, MA Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually Responsibilities Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance delivery and accessibility of training programs. Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards. Develop post-training assessment tools to demonstrate the impact trainings are having on business objectives; track and trend outcomes. Assess participants learning performance; identify needs for additional, specialized, or adaptive instruction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, education, or healthcare field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and delivering training that utilizes a variety of multimedia and methods, for a range of audiences. Well-versed in communications, education, curriculum development, and learning assessment best practices with the ability to design and implement effective training.
