Senior Tax Accountant – Public Accounting – Hamilton, OH [Hybrid]
This Senior Tax Accountant will prepare and review business and individual tax returns while supporting tax planning and advisory work. You will lead assigned client engagements, build year-round client relationships, and mentor junior staff in a firm with manageable busy seasons.

Compensation & Benefits :
$80,000 - $120,000 / year

Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review business and individual tax returns including partnership, S Corp, and C Corp
- Support tax planning and advisory projects and research tax issues and planning opportunities
- Lead assigned client engagements and build year-round client relationships
- Mentor and guide staff accountants and collaborate with managers and firm leaders
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of public accounting tax experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience preparing business tax returns
- Local to Hamilton, OH – must be within 0-30 miles of 45011
Preferred:
- CPA or EA license, or active progress toward certification
- Partnership, S Corp, or C Corp tax experience
- Tax planning or advisory experience
- Advanced Excel or QuickBooks Online experience
