Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

To support a significant business unit, the full-time Senior Manager, FP&A Operations will manage financial planning and analysis, oversee sales operations, and act as a strategic partner to leadership in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business unit Serve as the operational partner to sales leadership, managing sales forecasting and pipeline analytics Act as a trusted advisor to business unit leadership, translating data into strategic decisions and aligning operational plans with financial targets Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment Strong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, GRR, NRR, and CAC Proficiency in financial modeling with advanced Excel skills Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and FP&A platforms (preferably Adaptive) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
