Construction Project Manager

Job Overview Nycom is looking for a talented, entry‑level Project Engineer interested in joining our team. Key Responsibilities Complete projects on time, within budget, and satisfy customers. Communicate accurately and timely with all departments within Nycom. Understand architectural plans and specifications; analyze project scope; schedule; purchase; vendor follow‑up; submittals; change orders; project close‑out. Coordinate MEP, vendor follow‑up, submittals, change orders, and project close‑out. Qualifications Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes. Ability to learn and use construction-related software and digital tools, including common office computer applications. Ability to build solid business relationships with Architects, Facilities Personnel, End Users, and General Contractors. Degree from a 4‑year college; preference for Engineering or Construction Management.
