Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Project Manager (Mid-Senior Level) Location: Durham, NC Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 annually Experience: 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Standard business hours; travel as required Greene Resources is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and resource allocation Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed Oversee project financials, forecasting, and cost control efforts Lead project coordination meetings and maintain stakeholder communication Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements Support preconstruction activities including estimating, planning, and bidding Mentor project team members and provide leadership throughout project execution Build strong client relationships while driving successful project outcomes Position Requirements Experience managing commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management Experience administering contracts and subcontractor relationships Understanding of QA/QC processes and construction safety standards Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and project teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency with construction management software and project reporting tools Ability to travel as needed Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Benefits/Perks Direct Hire Opportunity Competitive Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 Career Growth and Leadership Development Opportunity to Manage High-Impact Construction Projects Collaborative and Professional Team Environment Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
