Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Job Type: Full-Time Are you a driven Project Manager looking for an opportunity to lead diverse commercial construction projects in a growing and well-established firm? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial projects in the Triangle area. About the Role: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects or one larger project at a time. This individual will oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Project Oversight – Manage commercial construction projects, including corporate interiors, labs, healthcare, renovations, and upfits - Client & Subcontractor Coordination – Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution - Scheduling & Budgeting – Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial tracking - Quality & Compliance – Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements - Software Utilization – Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project is preferred for efficient project tracking and management What We’re Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong understanding of commercial construction - Ability to lead project teams and subcontractors effectively - Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and general project management software preferred - Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
