Assistant Superintendent - Data Centers

Overview We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support mission critical / data center projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role offers the opportunity to be part of large-scale, technically complex builds with national visibility. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with senior field leadership to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate subcontractor performance. Job title Principal Consultant, Specialist in Mission Critical & Industrial Construction Recruitment Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Responsibilities Assist the Superintendent in managing all phases of construction on active job sites, with a focus on mission critical / data center projects. Support daily site operations, including subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, scheduling, and quality control. Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules. Participate in site meetings, safety briefings, and inspections. Assist with documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists. Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and project-specific standards. Act as a liaison between field crews, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain effective communication and collaboration. Support closeout activities including inspections, turnover documentation, and punch list resolution. Qualifications 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in data center, mission critical, industrial, or tilt-wall environments. Experience as a field engineer, project engineer, or assistant superintendent strongly preferred. Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to travel locally within the DFW area and regionally as needed.
