Civil superintendent

job summary:
Civil Superintendents needed for construction projects across the country. Working closely with a leading engineering and constrcution team, you will manage the day to day operations of civil operations, primarily on Power, Oil & Gas and Chemical sites. Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of experience as a superintendent on heavy industrial projects. Per Diem available for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:

Responsible for the oversight of the following project work activities: Earth work, site grading, flatwork (asphalt and concrete), surveying and site layout, concrete installation, deep foundations, drilled piers, underground piping, grounding, and ductbanks.
Responsible for overall supervision of construction effort, which includes: safety, productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, material management, safety and quality, scheduling, engineering, and contractual performance of the project.
Responsible for subcontractor contractual compliance on designated civil construction related activities.
