Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across assigned properties and business units. This role leads and supports management teams to ensure consistent service standards, efficient workflows, and alignment with organizational goals. The Director monitors key performance indicators, analyzes operational data, and implements improvement initiatives related to cost control, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. The role also involves partnering with senior leadership on strategic planning and supporting the rollout of new technologies, processes, and service offerings. Qualifications Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and implementation of operational standards. Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess performance metrics, and make informed decisions. Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with Budgeting, financial planning, and cost control in a hospitality or service-focused environment. Commitment to high-quality Customer Service and guest experience across diverse hospitality operations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Several years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality operations or a closely related sector. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. Proficiency with hospitality systems, operational reporting tools, and standard office software. Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
