This position is prodominately a Thursday to Sunday position. Candidate is required to work Fridays (1pm to 7pm) & Saturdays (11am to 7pm) weekly. Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality. Build relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal Drybar regulars. Keep the front desk running smoothly by managing reservations, answering phones, updating guest profiles, and solving scheduling challenges. Support our stylists by helping the day flow efficiently behind the scenes. Keep the shop beautiful by restocking products, organizing retail displays, maintaining cleanliness, and completing daily side work. Be a team player who jumps in wherever needed because everyone succeeds together. What We\'re Looking For At least 1 year Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced guest-focused environment. Previous experience with POS systems is a plus. Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the technical stuff. Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people. Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods. Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift. High school diploma or equivalent. Weekend availability required — Fridays and Saturdays. Your schedule will be set with a approximately 15 to 18 hours per week. Must be 18+.
