JOB DESCRIPTION The E-Commerce Marketing Manager will lead and manage our online marketing initiatives while acting as a strategic leader with deep expertise in various digital marketing channels, including Google Merchant, Google Ad Campaign Management, Social Media Campaigns, Google Analytics, Affiliate Marketing Programs, Application Performance Monitoring, SEO Optimization, and Amazon Seller Central Management. Ultimately, E-Commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth, enhancing customer engagement, and optimizing our digital presence. The following is a brief non-exclusive list of the responsibilities and duties of the E-Commerce Marketing Manager: Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies aligned with company goals Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to increase online sales and market share Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning Oversee the management and optimization of Google Merchant Center accounts to ensure product listings are accurate and up to date Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ad campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads to drive traffic and sales Monitor ad performance and implement data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI Develop and manage social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Create engaging content, plan promotional activities, and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to enhance campaign performance Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance Generate detailed reports and provide insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making Implement tracking and measurement solutions to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive sales Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners Monitor affiliate performance and optimize programs to maximize revenue Oversee application performance monitoring to ensure optimal website functionality and user experience Collaborate with the IT and development teams to address any performance issues and implement improvements Utilize performance data to enhance site speed, reliability, and overall user satisfaction Lead SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits Monitor SEO performance and implement changes to enhance visibility and rankings Amazon Seller Central Management: Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts to maximize sales and profitability Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized for search, and compliant with Amazon policies Monitor Amazon performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve rankings and sales Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Set clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service Develop and manage the e-commerce marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources Monitor spending and adjust strategies to stay within budget while maximizing impact Report on financial performance and forecast future budgetary needs. Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Additional duties as may be assigned Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preferred 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth through effective marketing strategies Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Merchant, Google Ad campaigns, social media, affiliate marketing, and SEO Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) Experience with application performance monitoring and Amazon Seller Central management Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Strong leadership and team management skills Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising programs Proactive personality and self-motivated Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly Strong organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail High adaptability In addition to sight, speaking and hearing, the physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
