Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support highly complex applications and their operating environments.
• Perform complex troubleshooting as subject‑matter expert for a portfolio of applications.
• Ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting, lead root‑cause analysis and problem management for complex, multi‑application issues.
• Lead production readiness reviews and PTO controls for new releases and projects, analyze system requirements, and review plans for major projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, operations, support, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to manage application capacity, monitoring, instrumentation, and major changes.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation toolsets for configuration management, infrastructure, and application deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial.
• 10–12 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Experience handling complex incident, problem management, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to mentor or provide guidance to junior team members.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan and participate in company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and eligible dependents. Additional benefits (e.g., various paid time off benefits such as vacation and sick time) depend on the position offered. Participation details will be provided with an offer.
