Floor Supervisor

Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club is seeking a Floor Supervisor. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to help lead daily front-of-house operations. This role is hands-on and guest-focused, ensuring exceptional service, smooth shifts, and strong team communication. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs or concerns promptly and professionally
• Supervising front-of-house staff during service to ensure service standards are met
• Supporting staff with table management, pacing, and overall floor flow
• Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Enforcing company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
• Leading by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements include:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry items as required for restaurant operations
• Open availability required
• Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred

Physical requirements include:

• Standing and walking for long periods
• Lifting, carrying, and moving items as needed during service
