Job Description At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top tier customer service approach. The pay for this position is $17 per hour plus tips and bonus. Shift managers oversee daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring compliance with company standards for product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as needed.
