What You’ll Do Lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service. Oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow. Manage shift responsibilities, including inventory checks, safety compliance, and labor efficiency. What We’re Looking For Previous leadership or crew trainer experience (restaurant or retail preferred). Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
