Head of User Experience, Workplace Solutions

Vanguard is seeking a senior leader to help define and transform the end-to-end user experience (UX) for plan sponsors and consultants across our Workplace Solutions business. This role will shape how institutional clients interact with Vanguard—creating seamless, intuitive, and digitally-enabled experiences that simplify complexity and drive better outcomes.You will lead the UX strategy, design, research, and delivery of cohesive experiences across digital, service, and operational touchpoints – challenging legacy approaches and redefining what great B2B experiences look like.
