HUD REO Claims Specialist II
Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency
PHFA is seeking an REO Officer II to maintain the flow of deeds, title evidence, and reimbursement of corporate and servicer advances for HUD insured loans in the REO department. Responsibilities include overseeing HUD 27011 Part B claims, managing reconveyed properties, processing reconveyed inventories, and preparing HUD supplemental claims.
