The Senior Client Relationship Manager reports to the Director, Sr. CRM. Responsibilities Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and key personnel Manage the day‑to‑day operations and servicing of group retirement plan clients Maintain a compliance calendar for each client to ensure timely execution of required annual compliance tasks Facilitate client and participant inquiries and service requests proactively Meet with clients (board members, committees, and C‑suite executives) to conduct plan review meetings Manage pre‑ and post‑client meeting tasks: prepare meeting material, take minutes, process plan amendments, fund changes, etc. Coordinate plan support services (audit support, 5500’s, NDT testing) with home office to ensure services are delivered timely and accurately Engage in client retention and growth objectives within assigned book of clients Seek opportunities for client service model enhancements and increase plan contributions (payroll integration, plan design enhancements, etc.) Work closely within the regional team to coordinate appropriate delivery of MOA services Collaborate with Plan Sponsor and Participant Account Specialist to design participant education campaigns Conduct group education, enrollment presentations, and participant 1:1 meetings when needed Leverage existing client relationships for new opportunities within the region Attend client events with regional team to enhance relationships Maintain Salesforce data: input client contact data, update plan information, manage client tasks Required Qualifications Prior work experience in the group retirement plan industry Knowledge of corporate/group retirement plans (403(b), 401(k), 457) including plan design, investment monitoring, administration, compliance testing, and related rules and regulations Excellent business writing, presentation, and public‑speaking skills Comfortable presenting to groups and C‑suite executives Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multitask during a business day Ability to work flexible hours Active FINRA Series 6, 63 and SIE or must be obtained within the first year of employment Active State Life and Health Insurance License (in all covered states) required or obtained within the first year of employment Valid driver’s license Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Benefits Annual Bonus Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) starting day one 401(k) match: 100% employer match up to 6% of employee contributions Parental leave: 8 weeks fully paid Paid time off: 20 days plus two floating personal holidays Salary Base Salary Range: $87,600 - $123,600 This role is also eligible for an annual bonus; total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and/or company performance.
