Tea Around Town Dallas Supervisory Team OpportunityTea Around Town Dallas is looking for self-sufficient, attentive, and hard working individuals to join our supervisory team on our brand new experience! Individuals should be flexible with schedules, able to balance a few tasks at once, and provide clear and concise leadership to our teams of singing servers on board the tea bus.Both full-time and part-time work is available. Prior experience with improv or interactive children's theater are a plus.Supervisor Responsibilities:Coordinate daily schedules and ensure appropriate coverage for staffCoordinate and confirm daily catering pick upEnsure all materials needed for the day are sent with the Tea busProvide relief where needed amongst staffJump in to help cover any call outs.Assist with ticket scanning and customer boardingReport any inventory/bus needsExperience:Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferredKnowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficialStrong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guestsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.If you are a friendly, customer oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional guest service, we would love to hear from you.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 40 per weekBenefits:Flexible scheduleShift:10 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftExperience:Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Dallas, TX (Required)Ability to Relocate:Dallas, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
