Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP in Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Prior experience in a school environment is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting evaluations and screenings for students to identify speech and language needs
• Developing and executing individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support academic and social success
• Maintaining detailed documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IEP requirements
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing clear guidance and recommendations
• Implementing innovative, evidence-based therapy techniques in individual and group settings
