Corporate FP&A Manager: OPEX & Headcount Forecasting

Gong is seeking a Manager, Corporate FP&A in the San Francisco area to own the consolidated OPEX model and personnel forecasting, translating complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making. You will drive the monthly BVA process, build bottoms-up headcount models, and partner with FP&A and Accounting to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
