Driver - 1st Shift

Summary: A food packaging facility is looking to add a truck driver to their team. This role offers a blend of driving and dock work, ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day-to-day responsibilities. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery and organization of materials between our facilities and local vendors. This is a Direct Hire position with at 1st Shift Monday - Friday schedule. Pay is $19/hr plus weekly production bonuses and benefits. Apply today to be considered!

ResponsibilitiesOperate company truck for deliveries between plants and local vendors, including loading and unloading materials.

Maintain accurate documentation and perform basic computer tasks related to shipping and receiving.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and upkeep, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Organize and tag materials in storage areas to support production and shipping efficiency.

Assist with warehousing tasks and cross-train in other roles to support team operations.

QualificationsValid Class A or B CDL and current DOT medical card

Previous warehouse, loading dock or forklift experience

Strong communication and computer skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-hour shift

Comfortable working occasionally in cold environments (~40°F)
