Corporate Recruiter

The senior corporate recruiter is responsible for managing the entire hiring process for leadership and key roles across the organization. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and key stakeholders to attract, evaluate, and secure top talent. The ideal candidate is strategic yet proactive, thrives in a dynamic and growing environment, and approaches their work with ownership, professionalism, and a focus on creating a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing insights on talent needs, workforce trends, and recruiting best practices. Build strong partnerships with HR business partners and leaders to ensure hiring plans align with organizational priorities. Educate and influence stakeholders on talent market conditions and data-driven recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership, across multiple departments. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and direct sourcing efforts. Ensure a high-touch, candidate-centered experience that embodies the organization’s culture and values. Optimize the recruiting process to ensure efficiency, compliance, and consistency in the candidate experience. Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruitment metrics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team. Participate in special projects such as new applicant tracking systems, interview training, and other recruiting initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a corporate or high-growth setting. Proven experience recruiting for professional, corporate, and leadership roles. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities. Ability to handle multiple requisitions and competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working with data, ATS, and recruiting analytics. Genuine passion for people, organization culture, and talent development. Preferred Qualifications Experience with high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of and experience with structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, or equivalent frameworks).
