Technical Project Manager (M365) (FL)

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a M365 Service Delivery Lead (FL) to join their team. As a M365 Service Delivery Lead (FL), you will be part of the Service Design & Delivery department supporting enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: M365 Service Delivery Lead (FL) Location: Jacksonville, FL Pay Range: What's the Job? Manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) implementation, migration, or remediation projects. Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives, including planning, risk management, dependencies, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure project milestones are met on time. Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management, including RAID logs and mitigation strategies. Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on user experience, security, and compliance controls. What's Needed? Proven experience leading Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) projects or equivalent regulated messaging services. 7-10+ years managing complex enterprise technology programs, including planning and stakeholder management. Strong skills in Jira, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and analytical skills. Experience working in regulated environments such as banking or financial services is preferred.
