You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced electricians while developing your skills and logging eligible hours toward your electrical license.What You'll DoAssist licensed electricians with residential solar electrical workSupport the installation of electrical equipment, conduit, wiring, disconnects, and related componentsAssist with service upgrades and electrical modificationsPrepare electrical equipment, tools, and materials for installationPerform electrical tasks under the direction of a licensed electricianSupport troubleshooting and corrective electrical workSafely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and electrical equipmentMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesFollow NEC requirements, company procedures, and safety standardsWork closely with electricians, installers, and field leadership to complete projects efficientlyWhat We're Looking ForPrevious electrical experience preferredSolar or residential construction experience is a plusBasic understanding of electrical tools, materials, and safety practicesInterest in developing a long-term career in the electrical tradeAbility to follow direction and work effectively alongside licensed electriciansStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely lift and carry materials and equipmentValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredWhat We Offer$18–$25/hour based on experienceEligible electrical hours logged toward your licenseHands-on experience working alongside licensed electriciansTraining and ongoing skill developmentConsistent full-time workCareer advancement opportunities within SpartanXOpportunity to build a long-term career in residential solar and the electrical tradeBuild Your Electrical Career With SpartanXThis isn't just a general labor position.
