Senior Field Reimbursement Manager- HIV Prevention - Tennessee

Gilead Sciences seeks a Senior Field Reimbursement Manager to lead strategic access and reimbursement efforts for HIV Prevention products across large health systems and complex accounts spanning multiple geographies. The remote/field-based role requires extensive travel and direct engagement with enterprise stakeholders to optimize patient access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders at large health systems, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, and priority accounts
• Lead coordinated, cross-regional account strategies to reduce duplication and ensure consistent support across multi-site accounts
• Assess systemic access and reimbursement barriers including prior authorization, benefit verification, claims processing, and specialty pharmacy workflows
• Create and deploy instructional resources and implementation plans to educate providers, billing teams, and revenue cycle staff on reimbursement processes
• Identify bottlenecks in patient access journeys and implement solutions through technology tools and escalation pathways

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and eight years' experience, OR Master's degree and six years' experience, OR Ph.D.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience in field reimbursement, access, patient services, or market access roles
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex multi-location health systems and accounts spanning multiple states
• Understanding of relationships between payers, providers, health systems, specialty pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies
• Leadership or enterprise account strategy experience strongly preferred
• Ability to reside in or near assigned geography with capacity for extensive travel
• PharmD or nursing background with applicable experience preferred
