Description:
Position: Physical Therapist Home Health.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
No on-call duty required.
Average number of patients per day: 5-7.
Types of cases include Home Health and geriatric patients.
First-time Home Health applicants are not accepted.
No weekend work required.
Territory covers a 50-mile radius from the office.
Mileage reimbursement is provided at the standard IRS rate between patient homes.
Local candidates are accepted at the travel reimbursement rate.
Pending licenses are not accepted.
EMR system used: HCHB, experience required.
Oasis experience is also required.
