Montana Licensed Inside Sales Agent

To support a growing insurance team, the full-time Montana Licensed Inside Sales Agent will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers to match their insurance needs with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Consult with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders Manage inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service while representing the Liberty brand Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already licensed Required qualifications 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; a minimum of 2 years in sales or service-related work is required Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided for unlicensed candidates) Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficiency in typing and computer skills
