About the Role
The Company is seeking a Real Estate Corporate Banking Strategist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior coverage bankers in the delivery and execution of a wide range of traditional banking and capital markets products to real estate corporate banking and institutional fund group clients. This role involves providing high-level leadership and execution support, generating strategic ideas, and overseeing various financial analyses. The Strategist will also be involved in client and prospect engagement, company and industry research, and the preparation of related materials. Strong interpersonal skills, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. Applicants for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree with a proven record of high achievement, at least 3 years' of real estate corporate banking experience, and advanced knowledge of traditional banking and capital markets products. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, along with prior real estate corporate lending experience and credit training. The role requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and creative self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
