Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating RoomThe Operating Room is equipped with 22 operating rooms and is staffed by a dedicated team of approximately 80 professionals. The unit maintains a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:1, ensuring optimal care and attention for each patient.Work ScheduleShift: Day ShiftDays: Saturday to Monday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PMRole ResponsibilitiesAssist in providing high-quality patient care within the operating room.Work collaboratively with surgical teams across various specialties.Be available for weekend shifts as required.QualificationsRequired Skills:Certifications for Certified Surgical Technicians (CSTs) are mandatory.Experience in Neuro and Spine procedures is essential.For those on the Cardiac Service Line: Must possess Cardiac experience.Preferred Skills:Experience in multiple service lines such as Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Robotic surgeries.Typical Procedures PerformedAppendectomies (Appy's)Cholecystectomies (Chole's)Spinal fusionsTotal Joint SurgeriesCraniectomies (Crani's)MastectomiesDIEP FlapsBest Personality FitCandidates should possess a flexible outlook, be team-oriented, self-directed, and maintain a positive attitude throughout their shifts.
