HIRING IMMEDIATELY! HardHat Workforce Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Rigger for crane operations to join our team. As a Rigger, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement, assembly, and installation of heavy machinery, including industrial pumps and related components. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing processes by enabling the precise handling and positioning of equipment.

Inspect, prepare, and use rigging equipment, tools, and hardware in accordance with safety requirements and project specifications.

• Calculate loads, determine appropriate rigging methods, and select proper slings, shackles, chains, hooks, and related gear.
• Attach loads to cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment using approved rigging techniques.
• Guide and signal crane or equipment operators to move loads safely and precisely.
• Set up, align, secure, and dismantle materials, machinery, and structural components as needed.
• Perform routine inspection of rigging gear and report damaged or unsafe equipment immediately.
• Follow all site safety procedures, regulations, and lockout/tagout requirements where applicable.
• Work closely with supervisors, operators, and other crew members to complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and store equipment properly after use.
• Document work activities, equipment issues, and job-related observations as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in rigging, lifting operations, construction, manufacturing, marine, industrial, or related environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of rigging hardware, lifting practices, and load-handling procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions, load charts, and safety guidelines.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and willingness to follow established procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, climb, stoop, kneel, and perform work in varying conditions.
• Ability to remain alert and focused while performing tasks involving heavy equipment and suspended loads.
