Quick Facts Location: Fresno, CA, 9483 North Fort Washington Road Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: Open-ended (permanent/full-time position) Shift: 24-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 AM), 5-6 shifts/month Hours/Week: Varies, based on shifts Employment Type: Permanent, Direct Hire License/Certs: Board Certified OB-GYN, BLS, ACLS, DEA (current) Experience: 1-5 years preferred, must have delivery experience Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (please inquire during interview for competitive salary discussion) Benefits include: Competitive pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid sick time and paid holidays Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide expert inpatient obstetrical care in a busy hospital setting Manage approximately 13-14 patients daily in inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic settings Perform vaginal deliveries and C-sections (25% C-section rate) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses and specialists Document care using EPIC electronic medical records Participate in holiday coverage and weekend shifts Contribute to high-quality maternal health outcomes What You Need Valid medical license with current OB-GYN certification BLS, ACLS, DEA licenses, or ability to obtain prior to start Delivery experience is required 1-5 years of relevant practice preferred Ability to work independently in a team-based environment COVID-19 vaccination required About the Assignment You will join a dynamic team at a leading hospital in Fresno, providing essential obstetrical care in a Level 2 NICU environment.
