Job Title: Senior Corporate Governance Paralegal Location: New York, NY - 4 days onsite per week Salary: $140K to $180K, plus bonus About the Company / Opportunity: We are a leading real estate firm with a national presence and a team of over 2,000 employees. As we expand our legal operations in New York City, we are looking to hire a talented Senior Corporate Governance Paralegal to join our team. This role offers a high level of ownership over your work, the opportunity to manage one team member, and a pathway to leadership within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a coordinator who will support you in your role Collaborate within a small legal team, while working cross-functionally with other departments Assist with state filings and annual reports to ensure compliance with legal requirements Prepare and file various corporate documents, including entity formations and dissolutions Draft and prepare corporate resolutions and minutes Assist with real estate transactions and closings Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of corporate paralegal experience Extensive experience in corporate governance and entity management Experience at large, global companies.
