Trusted Health seeks an experienced ICU Step Down IMCU ED Float Nurse to deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care across critical care, intermediate, and emergency units. In this on-site role, you’ll perform rapid assessments, manage ventilators and drips, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond to complex, evolving conditions. You’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, float safely between units, and adapt to changing acuity and census.
