Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food delivery Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve operational excellence Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality standards Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Conduct interviews and hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling, and sanitation standards Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote outstanding customer service experiences Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability Implement training programs on food industry best practices, hospitality standards, and leadership skills Requirements Proven supervising experience in restaurant management or similar food service roles Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience within the food industry Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required Demonstrated team management abilities including interviewing, training, and performance coaching Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with restaurant management software and hospitality tools; hotel or barista experience is a plus Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Strong organizational skills to oversee restaurant operations efficiently We?re committed to supporting your growth in the hospitality industry through comprehensive training opportunities.
