- Some experience with landscaping or construction - but if you're eager to learn, that's even better
- Dependable, on time, and follow through on commitments
- Strong communicator who can work with the team to get things done
- Honest and takes pride in your work
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Ability to efficiently use hand tools and power tools, from trimming equipment to small machinery.
- Work under the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers to get the job done
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks like trimming, digging, and maintaining commercial landscapes
- Keep commercial landscapes looking sharp by performing regular maintenance
- Work with your team to get things done efficiently and safely
- Take care of equipment, materials, and uniforms
- Stay on top of training and certifications as needed
- Follow Clean Scapes' safety rules - we keep safety top of mind
- Other tasks as needed to get the job done right
- Some landscaping or construction experience is great, but a strong desire to learn and grow is key
- Ability to efficiently and safely use various hand tools and power tools
- You need reliable transportation to get to the job site or office
- Ability to handle physical work and be out in the Texas heat
- The job involves lifting, bending, and working with heavy equipment in all kinds of weather
- You'll need to be aware of safety when handling machinery and tools
