Digital Transformation and Analytics Intern Location: Mahwah, NJ Program Length: July 2026 – June 2027 Schedule: Hybrid, 29 hours/week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office; Wednesday and Friday as choice days) Responsibilities Focusing on specialized data analysis, data transformation, and data visualization activities across different departments (Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product). Assisting with custom statistical analysis and decision support, data engineering and transformation tasks, building presentations and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Developing detailed and robust customer journey maps. Creating a more seamless online/offline experience for customers and retailer. Evolving our data analytics strategy to improve customer marketing and commercial operations. Writing memos, training content, and other communications pieces to support Change Management efforts throughout the organization. Assisting with product testing and analysis, building presentations and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Qualifications Enrolled in a college/university program as a Junior or Senior in the Fall of 2026 as a Business, Computer Science, or Data Science major. Experience using Tableau or another data visualization tool. Organizational skills. Strong business acumen and ability to work with people at varying levels with the organization and retail network. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Base pay offered may vary depending on location, skills, experience, and market factors.
