JLR North America’s internship program is a great opportunity for college students entering their junior or senior year, or who are currently in a graduate school program, to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of the automotive industry! This is a great opportunity for personal growth and development from a business and learning perspective. Responsibilities What to expect: Support People (HR) and Places (Property & Facilities) operations across the employee lifecycle and with initial queries from over 500 employees. Analyze people‑related data to spot patterns, surface insights, and recommend improvements. Help document and refine processes so our team can work more efficiently and consistently. Troubleshoot day‑to‑day challenges with a calm, solutions‑focused mindset. Support with projects that help to deliver a great employee experience, across talent acquisition and development, culture and organization. Qualifications You’ll be: People‑focused - you listen well, care about the employee experience and build trust quickly Analytical - you enjoy working with data and drawing insights, making sense of complex important Process‑driven - you like structure and improving how things get done. A problem solver - you approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, you handle multiple priorities and look for ways to learn and improve the employee experience If you are passionate about people, this opportunity will provide the exposure and experience needed to accelerate your career. Program details The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor’s Degree program or a Graduate Program The Internship runs from June 16, 2025 to May 22, 2026 25-29 hours per week during business hours (Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm) What you will need The successful candidate must be currently enrolled in a financial/business related academic program for 2025/26 (either a junior, senior, or graduate student) Why us?
