The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care medicine. Patient ratios are typically 1:3-5. Our focus is on providing high-quality patient care. Nurses should be comfortable with a variety of patient diagnoses, including acute renal failure, pneumonia, and diabetes. Daily census will involve managing a moderate volume of patients. Candidates should be well-versed in various medical procedures and interventions. Strong skills in blood product administration, central line management, and wound care are necessary. Float requirements may include working within the service line to meet facility needs. Weekend coverage is required every other week. There is an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary support services. We prioritize professional development and continuous learning opportunities within the nursing staff.
