The Role CoMind is seeking a Medical Affairs Lead to join our growing Medical Affairs team. In this mid-level role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between clinical science and our customers and academic partners.

You will manage medical affairs projects from conception through execution, develop scientific communications, and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders. This position requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, operational acumen, and excellent presentation and communication skills. This independent contributor role will report directly to the Director of Medical Affairs. Responsibilities: Clinical Operations & Project Management - Plan, coordinate, and execute Medical Affairs projects and initiatives with attention to timeline, budget, and compliance requirements - Develop project scope, identify deliverables, manage stakeholders, and track progress to ensure successful completion - Establish and maintain Medical Affairs operational processes and documentation systems - Ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical guidelines - Serve as a liaison between internal teams (Clinical Research, Regulatory, Product, etc.
